Outreach Officer (Volunteer)

We are looking for a motivated Outreach Officer to help connect Medicare Foundation with schools, community groups, faith organisations and local partners. You will support awareness of our programmes — free park tennis, holiday activities, community walks and health education — and encourage people to take part.

What you will do

• Build relationships with community venues and partner organisations
• Share information about sessions and events (in person and online)
• Support registration and signposting to booking links where needed
• Help promote blood donation and health awareness messages

Ideal for someone who

• Enjoys meeting people and representing a cause they believe in
• Can commit a few hours a week or flexibly around events
• Is reliable, friendly and confident communicating with diverse groups

Training and support are provided. This is a volunteer role with the Medicare Foundation.
