Supporting people into meaningful work and stronger mental health
We recognise that good health and good work are closely linked. Our Employability & Wellbeing programme offers practical support for people who face barriers to employment — whether because of health conditions, time out of the workforce, or limited networks.
Through mentoring, skills workshops, CV and interview preparation, and ongoing encouragement, we help individuals build confidence and take the next step into training, volunteering or paid work. Parallel wellbeing sessions address stress, anxiety and the everyday pressures that can hold people back.
One-to-one guidance from experienced mentors who understand both the job market and the realities of living with health challenges.
Practical sessions on digital skills, communication, application writing and interview techniques.
Safe spaces to talk, peer support groups and signposting to specialist mental health services when needed.
