At Medicare Foundation, we believe that it is every child’s fundamental right to be happy and engage in an enriching school holiday experience. We strive to create exciting activities as part of our commitment to supporting children, especially those on free school meals, and families across Manchester. We understand how important it is for young people to stay active, make new friends, and continue learning beyond the classroom in a safe and supportive environment without fear or intimidation.
With sincere gratitude to the incredible support of MCRactive, the Department for Education, and Manchester City Council, we are able to provide a variety of free, high-quality holiday activities complemented with free meals for children aged 5-16 years old. From sports and creative arts to outdoor adventures and educational workshops, our programs are designed to inspire, empower, and bring joy to every child who joins us.
We are passionate about making a real difference in our community, with special attention to North Manchester. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that every holiday activity we run is inclusive, engaging, and memorable.
